The National Bull Moose Party supports candidates who will carry the Square Deal into public office: clean government, a fair shot for working people, and conservation of the land we share. We are a volunteer-run party. If you are running for office, or thinking about it, our officers want to hear from you.
Tell us about your campaign. Fill out the Candidates for Office form on this page.
Talk with an officer. A party officer reviews your form and follows up with you.
Submit an Endorsement Proposal. Candidates seeking the party's endorsement answer our vetting and campaign questions in writing.
Sign the Candidate Pledge. Endorsed candidates sign A Covenant With the People, the party's Candidate Pledge.
Every endorsed candidate signs A Covenant With the People. In it, the candidate promises to:
Pursue policies in line with Theodore Roosevelt's Square Deal, including worker rights, a fully state-funded healthcare system, regulation of harmful business practices, and conservation.
Hold to progressive values on the campaign trail, in office, and in personal life.
Refuse corporate PAC contributions and work to overturn Citizens United v. FEC.
Stand by progressive values under pressure from the public, from parties, and from any branch of government.
Openly support future progressive movements, organizations, parties, and candidates, including the National Bull Moose Party.
The pledge is voluntary and politically binding, and is enforced under the party Bylaws.
Start here. An officer will follow up with you after you submit.
